Weight Loss Diet Menu Plan for Pregnant and Nursing Mother

DAY 1

Breakfast

Oal meal (Quacker Oats) + Danoslim Milk + sweetex + 3 slices of wheat  bread.

Lunch

2 kitchen spoons of rice + stew + 40g fish with vegetable salad. In between meal, take 1 medium size banana.

Dinner

Half medium size of plantain + 2 kitchen spoons of beans. Before going to bed, take a slice of pineapple or a slice of pawpaw.

DAY 2

Breakfast

1 wrap of moimoi or bambara ground but (Okpa) + pap with sweetex.

Lunch

prepare a leveled milk cup of garri (eba) + vegetable soup + (40g) of beef with all visible tat trimmed off. In between meal, take 2 medium size grape fruits.

Dinner
1 medium size of sweet potatoes or Irish potatoes + vegetable with enough pepper + dried fish. Before going to bed, take soda water or enough water.

DAY 3

Breakfast

2 packs of crackers biscuit + tea with 3 tea spoons of Danoslim milk + Lipton + sweetex.

Lunch

Yam pottage 2 (slices) 150g with vegetables+ fish. In between meal, take 2 oranges.

Dinner
2 kitchens spoons of bread fruit (Ukwa). Before going to bed, take one apple fruit
DAY 4

Breakfast

3 slices of wheat bread + tea (with Danoslim + Lipton + sweetex)

Lunch

2 kitchen spoons of jollof rice + (40g) of chicken or Turkey without skin + vegetable salad. In between meal, take 1 medium size of cucumber or 3 medium size garden eggs.

Dinner

1 wrap of Eko or agidi (corn starch) with vegetable soup + fish or stick fish. Before going to bed, take a slice of water melon.

DAY 5

Breakfast

Quacker oats + Danoslim milk + sweetex

Lunch
Prepare leveled milk cup of Garri (eba) + bitter leaves soup or Ewedu soup + (40g) Goat or beef meat with all visible fat trimmed. In between meal, take fruit salad.

Dinner
2 kitchen spoons of bean + vegetable before going to bed, take grape fruit juice or soursop.
DAY 6

Breakfast

3 slices of wheat bread + tea ( with Danoslim + Lipton + sweetex) + 1 boiled egg

1 wrap of moimoi or bambara ground but (okpa) + pap with sweetex.

Lunch

Prepare a leveled milk cup of garri (eba) + vegetable soup + mushroom + fish or snail. In between meal, take tangerine or soursop.

Dinner
 1 wrap of Eko or agidi ( corn starch) with vegetable soup + fish or stock fish. Before going to bed, take a grape fruit or water melon.
